Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1/2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/4 lb
- cornflake crumbs - 1/2 c
- large potatoes, cooked and diced - 5 item
- slice fresh bread, crumbled - 1/2 item
How to make cottage potatoes:
Mix all but butter, milk and cornflake crumbs. Pour milk and butter over top and cover with cornflake crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
