  • oleo, melted - 1 c
  • parsley - 1 item
  • small onion, diced - 1 item
  • potatoes, boiled, cooled and cut into small cubes - 12 item
  • slice bread, diced small - 1 item
  • small green and red pepper, diced - 1 item
  • cheese, cut in small cubes - 1/2 lb

How to make cottage potatoes:

Mix all in large bowl. Pour into baking dish; sprinkle corn flake crumbs over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
