Corny casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 3/4
- small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- green pepper, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- whole kernel corn, drained - 1 can
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make corny casserole:
Crumb Topping:1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs1/2 to 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese Combine corn, milk and cracker crumbs. Let stand 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except butter. Pour into 1-quart dish. Pour butter evenly over top. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Main dish, Casseroles.
