Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- walnuts - 1/2 c
- grapes seedless - 1 item
- carton cottage cheese small curd - 1 oz
- can crushed or chunk pineapple - 1 oz
How to make cottage cheese salad:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add juice from pineapple. Add cottage cheese, evaporated milk, pineapple and walnuts. Put in refrigerator. When set or before serving, garnish with grapes, sliced in half.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Salads, Cheese.
