Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- can lemonade concentrate - 1 oz
- tub Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make easy cheesecake:
Make crust using graham cracker crumbs mixed with granulated sugar and melted margarine. Form crust in an oblong Pyrex dish and bake for 8 to 10 minutes (375°).Meanwhile, mix together the lemonade concentrate with Cool Whip and Eagle Brand condensed milk. Pour into cooled crust and refrigerate.
This recipe can be easily doubled.
