Ingredients/Components
- can corned beef - 1 oz
- celery, diced - 2 c
- onion, grated - 2 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- eggs, hard boiled - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
- Knox gelatine - 1 env
How to make corned beef salad:
Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add bouillon cubes and Knox gelatine that has been softened in 1/2 cup cold water. Stir until dissolved and cool. Add other ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and chill. Cut in squares to serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, North american.
