Ingredients/Components

  • can corned beef - 1 oz
  • celery, diced - 2 c
  • onion, grated - 2 tsp
  • green pepper, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • eggs, hard boiled - 2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • Knox gelatine - 1 env

How to make corned beef salad:

Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add bouillon cubes and Knox gelatine that has been softened in 1/2 cup cold water. Stir until dissolved and cool. Add other ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and chill. Cut in squares to serve.
