- bay leaves - 2 item

- onions, sliced - 2 item
- small carrots - 6 item
- corned beef brisket - 3 4
- cabbage wedges - 6 item
How to make corned beef:
Put first 5 ingredients in heavy roaster and simmer one hour per pound. When nearly done, add the vegetables. To serve, slice beef and place on platter putting vegetables around the meat.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
