Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- cold water - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- Knox gelatine - 1 pkg
- backfin crabmeat - 8 oz
How to make crab mold:
Soften gelatine in cold water. Sprinkle lemon juice over shrimp and crabmeat. Melt cream cheese and soup in double boiler. Add gelatine and mayonnaise.Cool 20 minutes in refrigerator. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Mold in 4 cup mold. Serve with crackers.
