Ingredients/Components

  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • bay leaves - 4 item
  • whole cloves - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 1 item
  • large onion, cut up - 1 item
  • corned beef - 1 (6
  • carrots, cut in half - 1 lb
  • pickle spice - 3 tsp

How to make corned beef:

Place corned beef in roasting pan or large pot. Cover with water. Add all ingredients; cover and boil or bake in oven until tender. Remove from liquid and cool. Serve with cabbage and potatoes.
