Ingredients/Components

  • boiling water
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • green pepper chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • box lemon jello - 1 oz
  • onion chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • can corned beef hash - 1 oz
  • celery chopped fine - 1 c
  • hard boiled eggs chopped - 3 item

How to make corned beef salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; chill. Blend in chopped eggs, celery, green peppers and onions. Mix mayonnaise and corned beef together and add to gelatin mixture. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise in the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Add mixture and refrigerate overnight. Serves 8 to 10.
