Ingredients/Components
- boiling water
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- green pepper chopped - 2 Tbsp
- box lemon jello - 1 oz
- onion chopped - 2 Tbsp
- can corned beef hash - 1 oz
- celery chopped fine - 1 c
- hard boiled eggs chopped - 3 item
How to make corned beef salad:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; chill. Blend in chopped eggs, celery, green peppers and onions. Mix mayonnaise and corned beef together and add to gelatin mixture. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise in the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Add mixture and refrigerate overnight. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Main dish, North american.
