Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
How to make herbed chicken casserole:
Stew chicken, cook, debone and skin; tear into bite size pieces. Place in shallow 3 quart baking dish. Combine soups and 1 cup broth. Pour over chicken. Mix butter and 1 cup broth; stir in stuffing. Spoon over chicken. Bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
