Cornbread salad
Ingredients/Components
- mustard - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- bell pepper - 1/2 item
- to 8 green onions - 6 item
- to 8 radishes - 6 item
- cucumber dressing - 1/4 c
- baked cornbread 1 pan, 8 x 8-inch
- peeled tomatoes, cubed - 2 item
How to make cornbread salad:
Crumble baked and cooled cornbread in large bowl. Chop green onions (including green part), bell pepper, radishes and tomatoes. Add this to cornbread. Combine mayonnaise, cucumber dressing and mustard and toss lightly into cornbread mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.Note: Chopped cheese or hard-boiled eggs may be added.
