Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 pkg
- creamed corn frozen or canned - 2 c
How to make corn souffle:
Melt margarine in a round casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes or until light brown and set. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Corn, Main dish, Casseroles.
