Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- melted oleo or butter - 1 c
How to make corn souffle:
Stir well and add 1 package Jiffy corn bread mix. Salt and pepper lightly. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Corn, Main dish, Casseroles.
