Corn relish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- diced green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- white pepper - 1/8 tsp
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- cans whole kernel corn, drained - 2 oz
- jar pimientos, diced - 1 oz
How to make corn relish:
Combine sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard, pepper and vinegar in a one-quart saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in corn, green pepper, pimientos and onion. Cool.
