Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- cider vinegar - 1/3 c
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- shredded cabbage - 2 lb
- cloves minced garlic - 2 item
- Blue cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make blue cheese coleslaw:
In a large bowl toss cabbage and Blue cheese. Chill 1 hour (covered). Mix all other ingredients except oil. Add oil in a stream, whisking until emulsified. Chill 1 hour. Pour dressing over cabbage; mix well.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Salads, Cheese.
