Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 qt
- vinegar - 1 qt
- prepared mustard - 1 qt
- onions - 4 item
- sweet peppers - 3 item
- ears corn - 18 item
- medium size cabbage - 3 item
How to make corn relish:
Chop cabbage; cut off corn. Chop onions and peppers. Add other ingredients and mix well. Simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring constantly. Makes 9 pints.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
