Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 qt
- mustard - 2 tsp
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- medium head cabbage - 1 item
- sweet green peppers - 3 item
- red peppers - 3 item
- ears corn - 12 item
How to make corn relish:
Blanch corn 2 minutes before cutting off cob. Drop into cold water. Chop cabbage and peppers, then cook all together for 20 minutes. Pack in jars. Put in water bath for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
