Corn pudding
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- sugar 1/4 c - 4 Tbsp
- fresh or canned corn - 2 c
- milk only 1 c - 2 c
How to make corn pudding:
Mix dry ingredients. Add corn and eggs. Scald milk. Add slowly to egg mixture. Stir well. Add butter. Pour into greased casserole. Bake 35 minutes at 325° or until top is slightly brown and firm in middle. Serves 6.Note: If doubling recipe, use large, deep casserole.
