- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- small potatoes - 1 2
How to make parsley potatoes:
Cut a 1/2-inch strip of peel from around the middle of each potato. Place potatoes in 2-quart casserole dish. Add water. Cover with lid and cook at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and stir in parsley, butter, salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
