Cheesy squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- squash, chopped - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make cheesy squash casserole:
Combine squash, onion and butter. Cook and drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cheese to sprinkle over top. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 375° until firm. Sprinkle cheese on top after casserole is done.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Onions.
