Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • cornstarch - 4 T
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 5 item
  • dried onion flakes - 1 t
  • seasoned salt - 1 t
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 item
  • cans cream-style corn - 2 item

How to make corn pudding:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 3-quart casserole dish. Combine corn and beaten eggs; set aside. Mix together dry ingredients: sugar, cornstarch, salt, and dried onion; add to corn mixture. Stir in milk and melted butter. Pour into the greased casserole. Bake 60 minutes, stirring once.
