Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- carrots - 6 item
- potatoes - 6 item
- onion - 1 item
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
How to make corn chowder:
Brown bacon until almost crisp. Add onion and saute. Add cut-up potatoes and carrots. Add milk. Cover and cook until vegetables are done. Add creamed corn, salt and pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Chowders.
