Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- cream-style corn - 2 c
- crushed soda crackers - 1/2 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Mix flour with a little of the milk, then mix all ingredients together. Put in a well-greased baking dish. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
