Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can Mexican corn - 1 item
- yellow rice - 1 pkg
- can celery soup - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Cook rice according to directions. Drain corn and mix with soup in a bowl. Add rice to the soup and rice mixture and stir well. Pour in baking dish. Slice butter on top. Add cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until bubbling.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
