Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cans cream of potato soup - 2 item
- small grated onion - 1 item
- large bag hash browns - 1 item
- can celery soup - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix soups, onion, cheese and sour cream. Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour mixture over top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Bake longer if more than 1 pan is in the oven.
