Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- cans Mexicorn - 2 item
- yellow seasonings and rice - 1 pkg
How to make corn casserole:
Prepare rice according to package directions. Melt butter in casserole dish. Mix rice, corn, soups and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour in dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Add 1/2 cup cheese on top and allow to melt.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
