Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- 2 can creamed corn
- 2 can whole corn
- chopped hot peppers, if desired - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix together all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Cook a little longer if needed to be sure middle is done.You can double this recipe and freeze half.
