Ingredients/Components

  • stick margarine - 3/4 item
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
  • small jar pimento - 1 item
  • 2 can creamed corn
  • 2 can whole corn
  • chopped hot peppers, if desired - 1 item

How to make corn casserole:

Mix together all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Cook a little longer if needed to be sure middle is done.

You can double this recipe and freeze half.
