Baked apricots
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- light brown sugar - 2 c
- large cans peeled apricots, drained - 2 item
- box Ritz crackers 3 cylinders - 1 item
How to make baked apricots:
Grease 9 x 11-inch baking dish. Cover bottom with 1/2 of the apricots. Crumble 1/2 of the crackers over apricots. Sprinkle 1/2 of the sugar over the crackers. Dot with 1/2 of the margarine. Repeat and bake at 300° for 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Side dish.
