Ingredients/Components
- yellow rice mix - 1 pkg
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- can Mexicorn - 12 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make corn casserole:
Cook rice by directions. Add chicken soup and Mexicorn. Pour into a buttered casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
