Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- sharp grated cheese - 1 c
How to make corn casserole:
Chop onion and saute in 1 stick margarine. Then mix all ingredients together and put in 2-quart casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
