Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- mashed potatoes - 3 c
- stick margarine, melted - 3/4 item
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- Topping:1 c
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Mix all together and put into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/2 stick margarine, melted1 c. chopped pecans Mix and spread over potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
