- cooked sweet potatoes, mashed - 2 lb
- butter or 1/2 c - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- sugar
- dash of cinnamon - 1 item
- Topping:1 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- butter - 3/4 c
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Bake in 13 x 9-inch dish for 20 minutes at 400°.Topping:1 c. crushed corn flakes1/2 c. nuts1/2 c. sugar3/4 c. butter Mix and pour on baked mixture. Return to oven for 15 minutes until brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
