Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- chopped green pepper - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- melted butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.Note: This may be made and refrigerated until ready to bake.
