Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 4 5
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 1/3
- cracker crumbs
- shredded Swiss cheese
- canned corn frozen may be used, but cook first - 3 c
How to make corn casserole:
Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and cheese and place in greased 10 x 6-inch glass casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter or margarine and blend until well coated. Sprinkle over corn mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
