Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 1/2
- chopped green chiles or chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
How to make corn casserole:
Mix melted margarine and sour cream. Add other ingredients and pour in greased baking dish. Bake approximately 45 to 50 minutes in 350° oven until golden.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
