- stick margarine - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- small onion - 1 item
- celery - 1 c
- jalapeno peppers - 2 item
- shredded mild Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cans cream-style corn - 2 oz
How to make jalapeno corn casserole:
Cook rice as usual. Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter until tender. Stir into rice and corn the cheese and chopped jalapeno peppers. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
