Corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- diced onion - 1/2 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy cornbread mix - 1 item
- diced green peppers optional - 1/4 c
- sticks oleo, melted or softened - 2 item
- shredded cheese + 1/2 c - 1/2 c
How to make corn casserole:
Mix together milk, Jiffy cornbread mix and egg. Add 2 different styles of corn, oleo, onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Add green peppers, if wanted. (Use 13 x 9-inch pan.)Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. When done, sprinkle remaining Cheddar cheese over top and let melt in oven. Serve.
