Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 16 oz
- Cheddar cheese - 2/3 c
- can kernel corn - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- stick margarine or butter, melted - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Stir all except cheese into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 more minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
