Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- cheese - 6 oz
- can Mexicorn - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers for topping - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Cook rice by instructions. Add 1/2 stick of margarine to rice. Add corn, chicken soup and cheese. Top with crackers which have been mixed with melted margarine. Bake until brown at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
