- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- can Mexicorn - 1 item
- yellow rice - 1 pkg
How to make corn casserole:
Prepare rice according to package directions. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour mix into prepared yellow rice. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
