- stick melted butter - 1 item
- container sour cream - 1 (8
- pieces chicken breast - 4 item
- stack round buttery crackers - 1 item
How to make sour cream chicken:
Place chicken in saucepan. Add water to cover; cook gently until tender, 40 to 50 minutes. Cool. Cut into bite-size pieces. Place in buttered baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
