- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder optional - 1/4 tsp
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- cornbread muffin mix - 1 pkg
How to make corn bread casserole:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes until top and edges are golden brown.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Bacon.
