Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- whole chicken, cooked and deboned - 1 item
- nacho Doritos
How to make mexican chicken:
Mix soups, tomatoes and 2 cans water or broth from chicken. Cook until heated. Layer Doritos, cooked chicken, soup mixture and cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan. Two layers are best. Top with extra cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
