Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
How to make copper pennies:
Cook carrots 20 minutes until crisp and tender in boiling saltwater. Cool. Mix remaining ingredients and add carrots. Serve cold.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
