Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- white vinegar - 3/4 c
- worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- carrots, sliced round - 2 lb
- bell pepper, sliced - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Cook carrots until barely tender. Mix sauce ingredients; pour over hot carrots, which have been drained. Add bell pepper and onion. Marinate overnight or longer in refrigerator. Drain before serving.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
