- 1/2 lb baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips - 1 item
- Tbsp vegetable oil - 1 item
How to make oven fries:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine potato strips, vegetable oil, and salt in a large bowl, and toss well. Arrange the potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
