Ingredients/Components
- cups thinly sliced potatoes - 4 item
- cup finely chopped onion - 3/4 item
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- cup milk - 1/2 item
- can condensed cheddar cheese soup - 1 1/2
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
How to make scalloped potatoes:
In well buttered 2 qt. casserole arrange in alternate layers potatoes, onions and salt. Repeat 3 times. In a saucepan heat soup, milk and worcestershire sauce. Pour over potato mixture. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
