Confetti scalloped potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- soup can milk - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- small green pepper, cut into strips - 1 item
- cheese cracker crumbs, divided - 1 c
How to make confetti scalloped potatoes:
In skillet, saute onion in margarine over medium heat. Stir in potatoes, soup and milk. Add cheese, green pepper strips, pimento, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese cracker crumbs. Pour into shallow casserole dish. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 375°Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
