Ingredients/Components
- margarine or butter - 1/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- sliced green onion - 1/4 c
- fine dry bread crumbs - 2/3 c
- large fresh mushrooms 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter - 24 item
- sliced Cheddar or crumbled Blue cheese 2 oz - 2/3 c
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Heat oven to 425°. Wash and drain mushrooms. Remove stems. Reserve caps. Chop enough stems to make. In a medium saucepan cook stems, onions and garlic in margarine or butter until tender. Stir in bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon crumb mixture intoRecipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
